You remain responsible
The licensed agent and supervising broker on each file are responsible for the transaction, including confirming the acceptance date, every deadline and every fact Pilson reads from a document. Pilson shows you what it read and where it found it so you can check it.
Deadlines and dates
Pilson calculates dates from the contract terms and the acceptance date you confirm, using business-day and holiday rules for supported states. Contracts can be amended, counter offers can change terms, and local practice can vary. Always confirm deadlines against the signed documents.
Pilson never acts on its own
Pilson alerts you when a date is coming or has passed. It never removes a contingency, cancels a contract or serves a notice on its own, and no email or text goes to a party until you approve it.
Forms
Pilson reads standard association forms but doesn't draft, edit or change their language. Form names belong to the associations that publish them.
Money
Pilson tracks deposit and payment deadlines. It doesn't hold, transfer or receive any funds.
AI-generated content
Drafts, summaries and answers are produced with AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Read every draft before you approve it.
